Het herbarium is over zestien kavels verdeeld, de beschrijvingen zijn zeer beknopt. Bevat 10 p. met gedrukte en hs. muziekboeken. Aantekening Paul Hoftijzer: Leiden, RA NA 1318, nr. 121 (3-2-1711) Overeenkomst met Anna Geertruit Stomphius, widow van prof. Hermann over de veiling van diens 'rariteijten en fraaijheden'. Vivié moet de catalogus maken en laten drukken in een oplage van 1000 exx., waarvan een aantal naar het buitenland moet worden gezonden; 50 exx. zijn bestemd voor de weduwe. Du Vivié ontvangt 7,5% van de opbrengst. Hieruit volgt dat er drie veilingen Hermann zijn geweest, namelijk 1695-04-25, 1705-11-02 en 1711-02-03. De laatstgenoemde catalogus ontbreekt in de databank, maar die bevat dan ook rariteiten en kunst.
