VGF 10III is a paper codex, its leaves measuring 325 × 225 mm. It contains watermarks similar to Briquet 9125. It comprises 30 quires of mostly 4 bifolia, totalling 244 folia. Some quire signatures and catchwords are visible. Written space covers an area of 210 × 120 mm, spread across 32 lines. The codex was written by three separate hands, the middle section being written by Jacobus Musurus (cf. VGF 10II). Initials and titles are rubricated, and in places space has been left for initials.
