Description:
VGF 28 is a paper codex, its leaves measuring 317 × 225 mm. It contains watermarks similar to Briquet nos. 91, 6602, and 6605. It is constructed from 29 quires of 3 and 4 bifolia, totalling 233 folia. Catchwords are visible. Written space occupies an area of 230 × 135 mm, over 29 lines. It was written by the same scribe who wrote VGF 20. Inscriptions are rubricated up to f. 45, after which gaps have been left. From f. 100, titles have been written by the scribe in black ink, but initials have not been filled in. Spaces have also been left for titles and initials at the beginning of the codex. It has a new dark leather cover, like VGF 27.
