Description:
VGF 54 is a paper codex, its leaves measuring 298 × 200 mm. It is constructed of 16 quires of mostly 3 bifolia, totalling 98 folia. Written space covers an area of 240/245 mm, spread over 45-57 lines. It was written by Claudius Sarravius, who added chapter titles and folio numbers in the margins. It retains its original parchment binding with leather straps.
