Description:
VGO 8 is a paper codex, its leaves measuring 145 × 110 mm. It contains Aigle à une tête dans un écu watermarks – cf. Briquet no. 224. It is constructed of 23 quires of mostly 2 bifolia, totalling 94 folia. Quires signatures were added in red up to f. 46 by the scribe, who also numbered the pages. Text covers an area of 115/125 × 65 mm, over 18-21 lines. The codex has an 18th-c red leather cover, with gold decoration. It has gilt-edged pages.
