Description:
VGQ 7 is a parchment codex, its leave measuring 225 × 220 mm. It is constructed of 5 quires of 4 bifolia plus a quire of a single bifolium, totalling 42 folia. ff. 2r-24r have been labelled a-z, aa-rr by a later hand. Written space occupies an area of 195 × 175/185 mm, over 4 columns (ff. 3r-39r), with Greek uncial in the first and third columns, and Latin Carolingian minuscule in the others. Pen trials, notes, and comments in Greek and Latin, some partially erased, appear throughout. It has a 17th-c. parchment cover with leather straps.
