Description:
VGQ 10 is a paper codex, its leaves measuring 245 × 170 mm. It contains watermarks similar to Briquet nos. 4835 and 5377). It is constructed of 11 quires of mostly 4 bifolia. Quires were numbered by the scribe. Written space covers an area of 155 × 90 mm, over 25 lines. The codex was written by Angelus Vergecius. The beginnings of books (ff. 2r, 31v, and 62v) are elegantly decorated in a variety colours. The title on f. 2r is written in golden capitals. There are numerous illustrations and geometric forms to accompany the text. The codex has a new dark leather cover.
