Description:
VGQ 43 is a paper codex, its leaves measuring 212 × 160 mm. It contains watermarks similar to Briquet no. 4433. It is constructed of 4 quires of 4 bifolia. Catchwords are visible. Written space covers an area of 155 × 80 mm, over 22 lines. The codex was written by Angelus Vergecius (cf. VGQ 10, 19, etc.). Initials and titles are rubricated. It has a 17th-c. sheepskin binding, typical for codices from the library of Melchisédech Thévenot.
