The codex was written by Georgius Hermonymus. Major initials in blue and gold appear on f. 1r, along with marginal decorations in a variety of colours. Spaces have been left for initials at the beginning of other works. Titles are rubricated. The codex has a 17th-c. parchment cover, created for A. Petavius.
