- In the margin of f. 125a are two Turkish songs of two couplets each in the mode (maḳām) of nevā. The next page, f. 125b, contains four mürebbas and three ġazels, all in Turkish, by, respectively, Lāmī, Ḳāsim, and Sipāhī. A song (beste), again in Turkish, by Abdī Çelebi in the mode of sigāh is written in f. 126b. More Turkish songs (şarḳıs), some only fragments and attributed to Acem, are found in the last two flyleaves.

- A copy of a long Persian poem in mes̲nevī rhyme. In the margin of f. 125a are two Turkish songs of two couplets each. F. 125b contains four mürebbas and three ġazels, all in Turkish. A song (beste) in Turkish is written in f. 126b. More Turkish songs (şarḳıs), some only fragments, in the last two flyleaves.
- Glazed white paper; 19 lines; catchwords; nesiḫ; multiple borders drawn in double red lines; red headings; a red wax seal with globe and cross between palm leaves (for a photo see Van der Heide, opposite p. 14) occurs on the last flyleaf; an ex legato plate is pasted on f. 124b.
- The MS has been rebound, together with Or. 837 [1], in boards covered in red marbled paper with leather backing.
