- Illustrations: woodcut printer's device (Kristeller 328; St. John the Baptist with motto "Ecce Agno Dei") on t.p. First two lines of title xylographic. Five piece pictorial border, mostly white on black, on three sides of leaf A1r. Initials, white on black, of various sizes, some showing children at play. Non-pictorial printer's mark (Kristeller 326) with initials Z.T. and motto "Deo immortali gloria" below colophon. Marginal diagrams. Leaf A1r printed in red and black.
- Imprint from colophon. The colophon date (M.D.V. VIII. K[a]lendas Noue[m]bris) has been wrongly interpreted (cf. Sander) as 25 Oct. 1508 instead of 25 Oct. 1505.
- Signatures: pi[superscript]10 A-2E[superscript]8 2F[superscript]6. Translated into Latin from the original Greek.
