Description:
VLF 60 is a parchment codex from the second half of the 12th c., its leaves measuring 310 x 210 mm. It is constructed of 4 quires of mostly 4 bifolia, totalling 29 leaves (58 pages). Catchwords are still visible. Written text covers 235 x 150 mm, divided into 2 columns of 30 lines, ruled in dark ink. The text is written in Littera prae-gothica textualis. Minor initials are in red, yellow or green; inscriptions are rubricated. The codex has an 18th-c. cardboard binding protected by multi-coloured paper and a parchment spine.
