Description:
VLF 71 is a paper codex from the first half of the 16th c., its leaves measuring 292 x 198 mm. It comprises a single quire plus 1 additional leaf, totalling 71 leaves (142 pages). The paper marks are similar to Briquet nos 8588-8650. Written space covers c. 175 x 95/100 mm (24-29 lines). The text is written in Littera cursiva. There is no decoration. The codex has a 17th-c. parchment binding. On f. 1*, we find a fragment from Bonaventure's Tractatus de praeparatione ad missam. This is a later, parchment folium from c. 1500; it measures c. 405 x 286 and its text is written in littera gothica textualis (partially rubricated).
