Description:
VLO 18 is a paper codex from the end of the 15th c., its 144 leaves measuring 210 x 140 mm. Watermarks are similar to Briquet nos 6651 and 3668. Written space covers 140 x 80 mm (22-27 lines in hard point ruling). The text was written by 3 scribes in Littera humanistica textualis. A 17th-c. hand corrected the text and added omitted words. Inscriptions are rubricated. Initials have not always been filled out. The codex has an 18th-c. cardboard binding with dark leather protection.
