Description:
VLO 55 is a 13th-c. parchment codex, its 51 leaves measuring 193 x 135 mm. Written space covers 150/155 x 85 mm (35-37 lines in dark ink). The text is mostly written by a single scribe in Littera gothica. A few initials are decorated; some have not been filled out. Inscriptions are rubricated. The codex has a 17th-c. cardboard binding with parchment protection, possibly made for Alexandre Pétau.
