Description:
VLQ 24 is a parchment codex from the second half of the 15th c., its 239 leaves measuring 268 x 195 mm. Written space covers 170 x 112 mm (32 lines in dark ink). The text is written in Littera textualis italiana. Major initials at the start of each comedy are in different colours. Minor initials within the text are in blue. Personal names are rubricated. The codex has a 19th-c. cardboard binding with multi-coloured protection. Its spine and corners are in parchment. This binding replaces the old binding from Thévenot's time.
