Description:
VLQ 30 is a parchment convolute that consists of 58 leaves. The codex has an 18th-c. cardboard binding with red paper protection and a dark leather spine.
Part 1 (1-56) dates from the 11th c., its leaves measuring 263 x 230 mm. Written space covers 170 x 143 mm (24 lines in hard point ruling). The text is written in Minuscula carolina. Initials that were not filled out, were added in the 15th c.
Part 2 (57-58) dates from the second half of the 9th c., its leaves measuring 245 x 225 mm. Written space covers 170 x 170 mm, divided into 2 columns (30 lines in hard point ruling). The text was written in Minuscula carolina.
