Description:
VLQ 44 is a parchment codex from the first half of the 12th c., its 46 leaves measuring 255 x 172 mm. Written space covers 185 x 110 mm (35 lines in hard point ruling). The text was written by at least 3 different scribes in Minuscula carolina. The codex has a 19th-c. cardboard binding with multi-coloured protection. Its spine and corners are in parchment. This binding replaces the old binding from Thévenot's time.
