Full Description:
Dartmouth to Howe. Concerning operations in North America to end the 'present unnatural Rebellion'. On propositions to withdraw the army from winter quarters at Boston, and to to recover possession of New York. Employing part of his forces during the open part of the winter to make a sudden and unexpected 'Enterprise to the Southward', bringing terror to the 'Rebellious Colonies'.
