Full Description:
Circular from the Earl of Dartmouth, Governor of Massachusetts Bay. Authorising the king's directions, granting his governmental officers and servants the liberty to retire from the colony if their lives and property should be threatened. To put the command of his army and navy at their disposal, to protect them from the violence and calamities of the present disorders.
