Full Description:
Copy of a letter from Dartmouth at Whitehall to Lord William Campbell. On the proceeding of a military and naval expedition (on the assurances of Governor Martin) to the Cape Fear River in North Carolina. If prevented from landing, they are to proceed southwards to Charles Town, and attempt to recruit amongst the loyal colonists (of the neighbouring province) of Georgia.
