Full Description:
Barrington to Howe. On the embarking of the following foot regiments for service in North America: the 15th (Earl of Cavan's Regiment), 37th (Coote's), 53rd (Elphinstone's), 54th (Frederich's) and the 57th (Irvine's). While the 'Argo' transport ship with three companies of the 46th had not been heard of since 20 October (parting from the other transports in a storm), the appointment of mates in the medical and surgical departments is left to the Hospital Board.
