Full Description:
Barrington to Major-General Erle, or officer commanding the 28th Regiment of Foot at Haverfordwest. On the reduction of supernumerary sergeants and drummers before the embarking of that regiment for North America (agreeable to their old numbers). Officers (one captain, one lieutenant, one ensign) and NCOs (three sergeants and four corporals) should be left behind for the purpose of conducting recruits.
