Full Description:
Barrington to Howe. Regards General Gage's representation of the 'badness' of the tents that were sent out last year by the Board of Ordnance. Also on the embarking of the 33rd Foot under Earl Cornwallis (instead of the 53rd) for America, together with 60 recruits. Appointing Cornwallis as major-general, with one aid-de-camp and Colonels Gabbett (of the 15th) and Vaughan (46th) as brigadiers.
