Full Description:
Robinson to Howe. A long (20 page) letter regarding the measures of the Treasury to supply provisions for the army. Including the country being drained of ships for transport purposes, and the question of bad flour. Also concerns Mr Nixon's proposal to supply cattle for East Florida, the sending of £150,000 by General Burgoyne to Quebec (for 'extraordinaries'), and the supply of coal from Cape Breton.
