Full Description:
Germain to Howe. Intelligence concerning the drawing off of supplies from Boston, and the transport of the Highland Corps from the Clyde, and the Hessian 1st Division from Spithead [Portsmouth]. Also relates to the sailing of troops from Cork (including the 1st Division of Brunswickers and the Hanau Regiment) under Burgoyne for the St Lawrence, and plans for an all-out attack on New York.
