The Commissary General 'sends directions by this conveyance to his correspondant in Nova Scotia' relating to the supplies from there. He asks that every assistance should be given to him. The supplies cover forage as well as provisions so Captain Handfield should immediately account for all the money he has drawn and not proceed with anything connected to Mr Chamier's department.
