Full Description:
Mure, Son and Atkinson to Howe. London. Account of the state of operations under their care. Includes lists of transports conveying provisions, oats, furniture and clothing for the troops. The ships have been armed and there have been delays due to the weather and the fact that workmen are seeking increases in their wages and are generally difficult to manage. Provision of clothing for 5,000 Provincials.
