Osborn to McKenzie. Concerning allowances for General Heisters to Captain Faucitt of 10 shillings per day and to Monsieur Bourmatrie. But Osborn has 'great reason to believe' that a deduction is made of 5 shillings per day from all foreign aide-de-camps, and that it reverts to the Landgrave.
