Full Description:
Treasury Chambers. Treasury minutes concerning the state of the military chest. Present are Lord North, Mr Townshend and Lord Beauchamp. General Carleton informs the Lords that the Bills drawn from the remittance agent from Quebec were for the subsistence of the army under his command. The Lords are directed to make their proposals to the board with regards to the furnishing of the provision for the armies of North America.
