Germain to Stuart. Whitehall. Regarding previous letters to the Treasury concerning sums of money to be paid to Stuarts Agents, the findings of the Lords of the Treasury are that it is unnecessary and not proper. Also concerning Indians and the government being pleased at their expectations in negotiations with the Creek and Chocktaw nations, as well as concerns that the Indians be kept within proper bounds, to prevent them from indescriminantly destroying the property of the faithful subjects of the King.
