and 404. Sullivan to Howe. Chatham. Concerning an enclosure by order of General Washington of a list of prisoners taken by the British Army within New Jersey. If the the exchange is consented to, he will send as many soldiers to New York, Amboy, or Brunswick at such time as may be appointed. Also included is a list of soldiers (two copies).
