Barrington to Major Saxton, 45th Foot. War Office. Regarding Saxton's leave of office, Barrington cannot recommend him for any further leave of absence, having already had two years. offers that, if Saxton were to sell his majority, he would ensure that the King would be informed that it was owing to nothing other than ill-health that had obliged him to quit his profession.
