Full Description:
Howe to Washington. Brunswick. Headquarters. Requests to have a second meeting following that including Lieutenant Colonel Walcot and Lieutenant-Colonel Harrison, with regards to the exchange of prisoners. Also makes a complaint of the treatment of Lieutenant-Colonel Campbell, who contrary to being exchanged has been held in close confinement at Concord, Massachussets Bay. This is contrary to his parole which Washinton points out is binding to both parties.
