Germain to Howe. Whitehall. Regarding the loss at Trenton in January 1777. Raises concerns that the 'Rebel Army' will find it to be an encouragment [with the capture of Rall's Hessian force]. Also regarding the treatment that a Captain Phillips received under the care of the rebels.
