Full Description:
Washington to Howe. Morris Town Headquarters. Concerning an answer to his letter of 27 February. States that he has written to the President of the council of the Massachussetts State about Lieutenent-Colonel Campbell's confinement, and that he trusts that the situation is about to change. Plans for Lieutenant-Colonel's Harrison and Walker to meet once more on the Monday the '10th instant at 12 O'Clock'.
