Robinson to Howe. Treasury Chambers. Regarding Provincial clothing shipped as per enclosed invoice. Store Ships sent. The appointments of Mr Chamier as Comptroller of Accounts and of Mr Wier as Commisary-General. Returns and public accounts desired. Subsistence for the foreign troops at the same level as those for British. Indian presents to be retained; others to be sent to Canada. Approval of Captain Robert Mackenzie as Paymaster of the Provincial Troops.
