Robinson to Howe. Treasury Chambers. Regarding Lord North's health preventing him from writing. Expresses North's greatest satisfaction in hearing that the army under Howe is amply and comfortably provided for. Wishes that the troops have everything in his power for their enjoyment of every necessity, and that this has been explained fully to Lord Balfour.
