Full Description:
Harrison to Walcott. Morris Town. Regarding the setting up of the next meeting between Harrison and Walcott, setting a place as well as a time. The objections previously made by him respecting prisoners to be accounted for and case of Major-General Lee will be insisted on and adhered to. Proposed exchange of Mr. Franklin for Mr Allen cannot take place.
