Full Description:
MacKenzie to Osborn. New York. Has communicated his letter of the 18th to the General. If he is required to correspond with the Secretary of State or with the Treasury about the pay or establishment of foreign troops it is desired that he will also lay all wants and difficulties about them before the Commander-in-Chief. Monsieur Lorentz has made only one demand fo £15,000 since December last.
