Full Description:
Germain to Sir Guy Carleton. Whitehall. Communicating that once the rebel army was driven from Canada, Carleton was to return to Quebec and take with him as many as he saw fit to defend the province. It is the king's determination that he is to take 3,000 men under his command and defend Quebec. Outlines a plan for the defence of Canada, outline the regiments and also Indians and points that will need to be included in a successful defence.
