Full Description:
Osborn to MacKenzie. Rariton, near Brunswick. Regarding pay and the fact that there has not been any recording of the pay of the Waldeck Regiment, subject as it has been delivered from the Hessians. Also by the treaty, Great Britain is to pay the Landgrave £5 for every dead, wounded and disabled man in proportion. Thus a return of the dead and disabled is ordered to be made before the opening of the campaigning season.
