Full Description:
Barrington to Howe. Party of recruits raised for 48th Regiment now stationed in West Indies is to embark for New York to be incorporated into Corps as Howe thinks proper. Receiving Corps to pay each recruit five guineas, accompanying officers to join the 48th.
