McKenzie to Stuart. The Commander-in-Chief thinks the hatchet and white wing sent from Chickasaw, Choctaw and Creek Nations should be acknowledged even though they fell into the hands of the rebels. Notes there may be a scarcity of Indian goods at St Augustine.
