Full Description:
Barrington to Howe. Necessary warrants will be laid before the King, pay as Commander-in-Chief should already be with the agent. Sent copies of establishments of foreign troops and have transmitted extract to the Treasury Board on the subject of the Anspessades [military gendarmerie]. Higher pay claimed by the Chasseurs settled previous to the charge coming before Parliament.
