Full Description:
Washington from Headquarters to Howe,'With due Respect'. Sending Doctor Wilson to take charge of the officers and men of his army that have fallen into British hands in the neighborhood of Howell's Tavern. The doctor having directions to give a receipt for all that are delivered, and considered 'your Prisoners'.
