Robinson to Howe. Suspicions regarding a Captain Lawrence who is constantly sailing between Britain and New York. He is a most determined enemy to his country. It is suspected he is in close correspondence with the rebels on 'both sides' of the Atlantic, his movements should be narrowly watched.
