Full Description:
Captain Robert Mackenzie to [Alfred] Clifton. On his proposal to raise a Corps of Roman Catholics for the term of two years, or during the continuance of the rebellion in North America. The non-commissioned officers and men to be entitled to lands agreeable to the King's proclamation (as offered to regular troops) at the close of the last war [in 1763].
