Full Description:
Saratoga (Saratoga Camp) Articles of the Convention between Lieutenant-General [John] Burgoyne and Major-General [Horatio] Gates [following the victory of the Continental Army in Upstate New York]. That Burgoyne's troops be allowed to march out of camp with the honours of war (where the arms and artillery are to be left), and passage granted to this army to England on condition of not serving again in North America.
