Full Description:
David Holms and Thomas Scott at Cusitaws to Superintendent Stuart. Intelligence of the intended neutrality of the Lower Towns towards the rebels of Georgia, and a report from East Florida of the taking of an American fort on the Altamaha River by the Upper Creeks. Peter Ranson's half-breed son who is 'come up' from Georgia says that Mr Washington has resigned his commission.
